As a member of our Direct Primary Care (DPC) program, you receive regular standard medical exams plus streamlined, personalized access to a broader range of therapies designed to optimize health and function. Services available through the program include:

If you prefer not to enroll in a monthly membership, you may still receive care on a private-pay basis. Private-pay visits start at $140- $175

Services Included
Office visits with no copays or additional costs beyond the membership fee.
Same-day or next-day appointments.
Direct access to your physician via in-office visits, telemedicine, and phone.
Basic in-office procedures (examples: stitches, biopsies, EKGs).
Chronic condition management (examples: diabetes, hypertension).
Preventive care and wellness exams.
Discounted labs and imaging provided at cost with no markup.
Coordination with specialists when needed.
No insurance billing — transparent, straightforward pricing.
Pricing Tiers (monthly rates; billed quarterly or annually for convenience)
Individual Adult (Ages 19+): $150 per month.
Additional Adult (Ages 19+): $120 per month (20% discount off individual rate).
Child (Ages 0–18): $60 per month (must be enrolled with at least one adult).
College Student (Ages 19–25, full-time enrolled): $90 per month (standalone or add-on).
Family Membership Discounts
Couple (2 Adults): $270 per month total (saves $30/month versus two individual memberships).
Family of 3 (2 Adults + 1 Child): $330 per month total.
Family of 4 (2 Adults + 2 Children): $380 per month total.
Larger Families (5+ members): Add $50 per additional child; capped at $480 per month for households of 6 or more.
Membership Terms
Minimum commitment: 6 months.
Early termination: Member is responsible for payment covering the full 6-month minimum; services will be discontinued after that payment is satisfied.
Re-enrollment after early termination or cancellation: $200 sign-up fee.
How to Enroll Contact Advanced Medical Arts to confirm eligibility, select your tier, and choose billing frequency (quarterly or annual). Enrollment must include at least one adult when adding children. Please have documentation for college-student discounts (proof of full-time enrollment) if applicable.
Notes
Membership covers services listed above delivered directly by Advanced Medical Arts. Specialty care, advanced imaging, or procedures performed outside our facility may incur separate charges from external providers; we will coordinate referrals and provide cost estimates when possible.
Labs and imaging are provided at cost with no markup; any external facility fees are passed through at their billed rate.
